Biography :
A resident of Olathe, Colorado, Marvin Coblentz has spent most of his adult life in homebuilding and the construction industry. Over the years, he has owned and operated several small businesses, including a portable building company, and today he and his wife, Inez, are the owners of the Rocky Mountain Pantry in south Delta. His background gives him a strong working knowledge of commercial properties, subdivisions, residential construction, real estate, and small-business ownership.
Marvin’s experienced eye for construction allows him to effectively advocate for his clients by evaluating build quality and identifying potential renovation or remodeling costs. His practical, hands-on experience provides valuable insight throughout the buying and selling process.
A western Colorado resident since 2009, Marvin enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, four-wheeling, and ministry with his family. He volunteers at the Delta Correctional Facility, where he leads Bible studies for inmates. He and his family live on nine acres east of Olathe, surrounded by hayfields, ranches, and farms.
